She is a "Mustached Parakeet", also known as a Red-breasted parakeet or the Java parakeet.
She is a member of the "parrot" family.
And now a member of our Sarah's Spanish School family!
They say this kind of parrot makes a great pet and has a sweet, outgoing personality. which we're already seeing!
And YES - she can learn to talk!
So hopefully she will be learning Spanish right along with your kids!
